DESERTMARTIN 5 BRANTWOOD 3

Brantwood had an early set-back in this game having a man sent off in the 1st minute and conceding a penalty at the same time. Mark Shields converted the penalty for Desertmartin but Brantwood came back strong equalising on the 20th minute through Fintan McCartney and going in front on the 36th minute after Chris Rafferty scored.

Half-time saw Brantwood still in front then two goals from Daniel McIlhatton and Robin Patton on the 65th and 73rd minutes saw Desertmartin back in front. Time was then running down fast when Mark Shields scored his second goal in the game on the 88th minute, Patrick Kelly scored for Brantwood on the 89th minute and Mark Shields completed his hat-trick on the 91st minute
